QMS audits

Kellwood Engineering prides itself on the quality of the services it provides and the products it creates.

But, you don't need to take our word for it. Kellwood Engineering Ltd. is ISO 9001:2015 accredited. we submit to both internal quality audits and external quality assurance audits.

We are also happy to welcome our customers' quality officers on site, for mid and post-prodcution ispections.

All our team are trained to understand the importance of monitoring and reporting in accordance to our QMS. Nonetheless, Kellwood Engineering also employs its own Quality Assurance Manager who oversees our internal Quality Management System; ensuring continual compliance with ISO 9001:2015 requirements; and managing our internal quality audits to guarantee the quality assurance that Kellwood gives to all its customers. In-house inpection equipment includes:

  • Faro Gage 4ft Coordinate Measuring Machine
  • A suite of regularly calibrated Micrometers

Customised Solutions

Kellwood can supplement our standard quality management processes, to provide tailored solutions for our customers. Some examples incude:

  • Template design and supply of test certificate packs
  • Stamping or engraving batch and part numbers
  • Mid and post-build on-site inspections by our customers' Quality Officers
  • Manufacturing of test-rigs, including hook-ups to temporary fluid-power systems.
  • Regular reporting of capacity and production scheduling
