Engineering Capabilities

  • Kellwood's machining facilities include a wide range of options from multi-axis CNC turning-centres for cost-effective batch-work, to manual mills for precision machining of prototyes and one-offs.
  • Our welders and fabricators have extensive experience in working with a range of materials including stainless steels, carbon steels and aluminium, alongside stress-relieving to meet metallurgical requirements.
  • We can work to industry standard or client specific Welding Codes. We also offer a wide range of surface finishing and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) services. Our inspection capabilities include a suite of regularly calibrated equipment and a Faro CMM.
